The Moving Parts of 31 Main St

I wanted to create a documentary that revolved around the people I work with, rather than the establishment itself. Everyone I work with has a diverse background and despite that, the fact that something has brought us all together to this space where we’re sharing the mutual experience of working in food service is something that fascinated me, as I would never have encountered these amazing people otherwise.
